Senior Product Manager, AI Product at Culture Amp

Culture Amp is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive its AI product roadmap. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the the platform's experience. This role involves working with people scientists, product designers, and user research teams to validate customer needs. The Senior Product Manager owns the team's roadmap, makes prioritization decisions, and creates artefacts to communicate investment decisions.

Role involves:

• Discovering and validating customer needs
• Assessing technical tradeoffs
• Owning the team roadmap and making prioritization decisions
• Collaborating with various teams to deliver AI responsibly
• Driving collaboration across product teams
• Enabling marketing, sales, and customer success for product adoption

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or similar
• Experience delivering AI products
• Experience developing and bringing new products to market is advantageous
• Strong communication skills
• Research skills for qualitative and quantitative inputs
• Technical conversance with engineering and data science collaboration experience
• Interest in building platform capabilities
• Passion for people and culture
