Culture Amp is seeking a Director of Enterprise Sales to lead a team and drive revenue growth. The Director will be responsible for setting a vision, managing salespeople, and fostering collaboration across departments.
Role Involves:
- Setting a vision and strategy for the sales team.
- Managing and developing a team of SaaS salespeople.
- Overseeing day-to-day sales operations and pipeline management.
- Participating in customer and prospect meetings.
- Fostering cross-functional collaboration with product, customer success, and marketing teams.
- Driving team performance and ensuring accountability to quotas and KPIs.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of sales management experience in enterprise SaaS sales.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Expertise in Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across departments.
