Customer Support Specialist at SurePay

SurePay is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries. The Customer Support Specialist will manage the service desk, monitor alerts, and maintain the FAQ, ensuring customers receive prompt and accurate responses. This role also involves contributing to various Business Operations projects, such as handling RFPs and managing certificates. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset and the ability to identify and implement improvements. • Own the customer service desk, addressing inquiries efficiently.
• Monitor alerts and take necessary actions.
• Keep the FAQ updated with accurate information.
• Support business operations with tasks like RFPs and certificate renewals.
• Identify and drive projects to enhance customer support.

Requirements:

• A relevant HBO or WO degree (e.g., business, data science, or management).
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional EU languages are a plus!).
• Structured, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
• A team-player attitude with the ability to take initiative.
• Experience with JIRA, Hubspot, and Confluence is a plus.
