iCapital is seeking a Cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join their Corporate Technology department. The department's mission is to empower individuals across the firm with reliable and innovative technology. In this role, the individual will primarily support IAM functions focusing on governance tools such as Saviynt, Okta, and Microsoft Entra ID. They will be responsible for managing identity governance platforms, creating and granting user access, maintaining entitlements, leading recertification initiatives, deploying single sign-on applications, and troubleshooting access-related requests.

The Cloud IAM Engineer will also be involved in IAM-related governance of cloud environments and third-party applications. They will review access, reduce over-privileged access, and contribute to streamlining governance controls and policies.

Role involves:
  • Managing and maintaining Saviynt and Okta.
  • Implementing best practices and efficient workflows.
  • Identifying gaps and recommending solutions.
  • Collaborating with various departments.
  • Creating and maintaining automation pipelines.
  • Ensuring reliable user lifecycle management.
  • Managing employee and service account access.
  • Troubleshooting software issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum four years of experience in IAM-related positions.
  • 2-4 years of experience with identity management and governance tools.
  • Experience with managing birthright entitlements and PIM.
  • Experience with SAML and Oauth single sign-on applications.
  • Familiarity with directory services and identity federation.
  • Experience with Terraform and IaC concepts.
  • Strong understanding of IAM and cloud governance practices.
  • Ability to deliver clear documentation.
  • Ability to speak confidently on related topics.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment.
