NeuraFlash is seeking a Senior MuleSoft Developer to join their team in Jaipur, India. The Senior MuleSoft Developer will be responsible for writing clean, functional code to produce fully functional modules or apps based on requirements. This role involves providing solutions for technical challenges and guiding the development team in resolving them. The ideal candidate is someone with expert-level knowledge of the MuleSoft platform and an analytical mindset.Responsibilities include:
- Executing MuleSoft implementations for customers, internalizing business outcomes and context relevant to MuleSoft methodologies.
- Developing subject matter expertise and contributing project deliverables to internal knowledge exchange.
- Mentoring junior Services team members.
- Leading technical teams through multi-phased delivery projects, providing hands-on guidance for development, governance, and operational lifecycles.
- Training and coaching Services team members on technical and soft skills.
- Designing, developing, securing, and managing APIs via API Gateways and Proxies.
- Handling design patterns with MuleSoft integrations and Salesforce.
- Managing large data volumes and efficient handling of integrations.
- Communicating challenges effectively and adhering to agreed timelines.
- 4-6 years of experience leading integration teams and architecting solutions.
- Preferred experience with Java and Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity.
- Experience with various MuleSoft connectors (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, File, Database, etc.).
- Working knowledge of on-premise/cloud-based infrastructures, SDLC pipelines, and deployments/configuration.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively architect solutions within a diverse technical team.
- Expertise in architecting, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions.
