NeuraFlash is seeking a Senior MuleSoft Developer to join their innovative team and contribute to the future of business through AI and groundbreaking technologies. The role involves writing clean code to produce functional modules, providing solutions for technical challenges, and guiding the development team. The Senior Developer is expected to have expert knowledge of the MuleSoft platform, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Execute MuleSoft implementations for customers.
- Contribute subject matter expertise to knowledge exchange.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Lead technical teams through delivery projects.
- Provide hands-on delivery guidance for development standards.
- Design, develop, secure, and manage APIs.
- Handle design patterns with MuleSoft integrations and Salesforce.
- Efficiently handle integrations with large data volumes.
- Communicate challenges and development activities effectively.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience leading integration teams and architecting solutions.
- Preferred experience with Java and Salesforce.
- Experience with MuleSoft connectors (SAP, Salesforce, File, Database, etc.).
- Knowledge of on-premise/cloud infrastructures and SDLC pipelines.
- Ability to architect solutions within a diverse technical team.
- Expertise in implementing enterprise-grade technical solutions.
