Sr. Developer, MuleSoft at NeuraFlash

NeuraFlash is seeking a Senior MuleSoft Developer to write clean code and produce functional modules, contributing to AI-powered transformations. He will implement MuleSoft for clients, mentor junior team members, and lead technical teams in project delivery. This role involves designing, developing, securing, and managing APIs. The Senior MuleSoft Developer will require strong communication skills and the ability to handle large data volumes.

Responsibilities:

• Execute MuleSoft implementations, internalizing business outcomes.
• Develop subject matter expertise and contribute to internal knowledge exchange.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Lead technical teams and provide hands-on delivery guidance.
• Train and coach team members on technical and soft skills.
• Design, develop, secure, and manage APIs via API Gateways and Proxies.
• Handle design patterns with MuleSoft integrations and Salesforce.
• Work with large data volumes and efficient handling of integrations.
• Communicate challenges and development activities effectively.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience leading integration teams.
• Experience with Java and Salesforce.
• Experience with MuleSoft connectors (SAP, Salesforce, File, Database, etc.).
• Working knowledge of on-premise/cloud infrastructures and SDLC pipelines.
• Expertise in architecting and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions.
