Job Description
Hightouch is seeking an AI Strategy Consultant to drive marketing strategy and transformation for enterprise organizations. The consultant will work with a team of engineers, designers, and other consultants to deploy new use cases with major brands. They will uncover impactful use cases, understand insights from the decision engine, and recommend campaign adjustments to improve customer outcomes. The consultant will immerse themselves in the customer's marketing organization, explore data, and help scale the product landscape.
Role involves:
- Owning all phases of AI Decisioning use case delivery.
- Running design sessions with customers.
- Championing delivery & project management excellence.
- Identifying and mitigating potential project risks.
- Building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Participating in determining the AI Decisioning product strategy.
Requirements:
- Ability to travel 10 - 25%.
- Experience with Martech tools/CEMs/CDPs/etc.
- Strong discovery and interpersonal skills.
- Intellectual curiosity, high ambition, and humility.
- Clear communicator.
- Experience managing and executing technical projects.
