Hightouch is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to empower users to maximize the value of the Hightouch platform. The Customer Success Engineer will work directly with users, answering questions via Intercom, Slack, phone, and email. This role requires strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and a technical understanding of API documentation and SaaS tools.
The Customer Success Engineer will collaborate with Solutions Architects, Solutions Engineers, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations, making it ideal for team players who want to impact the company and its customers.
