Software Engineer, Control Plane

Job Description

Hightouch is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join their Control Plane team. As a key member, the Software Engineer will focus on developing user-friendly tools for enterprises to efficiently onboard onto Hightouch and manage and scale their Hightouch deployments. This role requires a product-minded backend engineer who is comfortable with backend, distributed systems, and asynchronous workflows, with a focus on architecture, scalability, maintainability, and reliability.

The Software Engineer will be involved in various tasks, including:

• Designing and implementing roles, permissions, and access control mechanisms.
• Developing change management tools to address downstream impacts on Customer Studio schema.
• Creating solutions to optimize data warehouse performance and costs.
