Partner Engineer

Job Description

The Partner Engineer role at Hightouch is focused on shaping the Composable Customer Data Platform (CDP) landscape for its partners. This role involves activities to guarantee a thriving warehouse Partner Ecosystem, including product demos, hands-on enablement and training, and creation of go-to-market solutions with partner products.

Responsibilities:

• Persistent outbound to solutions engineers at Snowflake, Databricks, and GCP
• Providing Hightouch enablement and hands-on labs to data warehouse field teams
• Working with product, sales, and development teams at Hightouch and its partners to improve user experience and provide feedback for feature development
• Developing and presenting impactful demos showcasing the business value of Hightouch tailored for Technology Partners & Customers
• Supporting partners developing integrations with Hightouch
• Participating in product, sales, and partner certifications to acquire and maintain skills

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of data warehouse and/or MarTech solutions engineering experience
• Familiarity with tools such as Fivetran, dbt, Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Data Cloud, Hightouch
• SQL and Cloud data warehouse experience - Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery are a plus
• Able to develop compelling, tangible demo environments tailored to specific CDP use cases
• Experience presenting data or MarTech solutions to large audiences at all levels of an organization
• Customer-facing experience with a strong sense of empathy and relationship management
