Hightouch is seeking a Technical Recruiter to expand its engineering team. The role reports to the VP of Engineering and offers high visibility and impact. Hightouch's mission is to empower everyone to take action on their data. They’ve pioneered the Composable Customer Data Platform (CDP), which helps companies use their own data warehouse to collect, prepare, and activate customer data for marketing personalization and business operations.
Responsibilities: - Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Building relationships with candidates and understanding their career goals.
- Sourcing a high volume of candidates.
- Crafting engaging messaging to attract candidates.
- Utilizing data to inform recruiting strategies.
