Enterprise Solutions Engineer - EAST

Job Description

Hightouch is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to join their team. The company's mission is to empower everyone to take action on their data, and they are trusted by hundreds of companies, including Autotrader, Calendly, Cars.com, Monday.com, and PetSmart. Hightouch pioneered the Composable Customer Data Platform (CDP) and their new AI Decisioning platform allows marketers to set goals and guardrails that AI agents can then use to personalize 1:1 customer interactions.

The Enterprise Solutions Engineer will work closely with big-name companies to solve some of their toughest problems. They will partner with Account Executives by removing technical and business-related obstacles in front of a sale, advocating for customer interests to relevant internal teams, and creating compelling technical content.

Role Involves:

• Explaining technical concepts to various stakeholders.
• Solving complex problems for enterprise clients.
• Innovating ways customers use data.
• Advocating for customer interests internally.
• Creating compelling technical content.

Requirements:

• 4+ years sales experience with at least 2+ years of that being into enterprise companies
• Strong discovery and interpersonal skills
• Intellectual curiosity, high ambition and humility
• Experience selling Martech and/or Data Solutions
• Experience with Cloud Warehouses, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and Data Modeling, and API's
