Hightouch is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its expanding team. The ideal candidate will be based in the United Kingdom. This role involves generating leads, building foundational processes, and developing strategies for the commercial sales team.He/She will be responsible for identifying and engaging with prospective clients, including engineers, marketers, and operations teams.
Responsibilities: - Outreach to prospective agents via cold-calls, text, emails, and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Collaborate with the growth team to research and personalize outreach to target accounts.
- Identify creative methods to guide prospects to the free trial.
- Contribute to defining and improving sales processes and strategies.
- Meet monthly goals through effective execution.
- Engage with new signups via Slack to schedule meetings with the sales team.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree.
- Self-starter with the ability to self-motivate in a high-growth startup.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience engaging customers and prospects.
- Interest in tech and data.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
