Solutions Engineer, EMEA

Job Description

Hightouch is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their EMEA team. The company's mission is to empower everyone to take action on their data, offering a Composable Customer Data Platform and an AI Decisioning platform. In this role, the Solutions Engineer will work closely with big-name companies to solve complex problems, explain technical concepts, and innovate customer data usage.Role involves:

• Removing technical and business-related obstacles in front of a sale.
• Advocating for customer interests to relevant internal teams.
• Creating compelling technical content.
• Collaborating with data engineers, product managers, and marketers.
• Crafting creative technical solutions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Strong discovery and interpersonal skills.
• Intellectual curiosity, high ambition, and humility.
• Experience selling Martech and/or Data Solutions.
• Experience with Cloud Warehouses, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Modeling, and APIs.
