Elastic is seeking a Senior Regional Services Partner (RSP) to accelerate customers' time to business value through expert professional services and enablement. The RSP will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, field teams, and Customer Success Group (CSG) leadership.

This role involves crafting services territory strategies, generating proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction with Elastic Services investments. The RSP will also provide leadership over a portfolio of engagements within the region, acting as a point of escalation and governance in collaboration with Delivery Management and Project Coordination.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years experience in relevant professional services or pre-sales functions
  • Proficiency in the value and delivery aspects of search, analytics, or related technologies
  • Experience owning complex negotiations across terms, contract structure and associated deliverables
  • Strong commercial and delivery governance acumen
