As a writer at Elastic, they will be embedded within engineering and help shape the evolution of products and services. • Working side-by-side with Elastic engineers, product marketing, and support.
• Documenting new features and improving existing content.
• Producing how-to guides, user guides, and tutorials.
• Using Elastic's Git-based software development process.
• Reviewing and editing documentation changes.
• Testing product and documentation accuracy.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in a SaaS, IT, or developer-focused environment.
• Technical knowledge and expertise.
• Curiosity and willingness to tackle sophisticated problems.
• Experience with a lightweight mark-up language.
