Fund Reporting, Compliance - Analyst / Associate at iCapital

iCapital is seeking a Fund Reporting Analyst/Associate to join their expanding international team in Lisbon. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the Compliance Department, ensuring adherence to regulatory mandates and internal protocols. This individual will report to a Senior Vice President and collaborate with Compliance, Fund Finance, and external outsourcers.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing AIFMD Annex IV and NPPR regulatory reporting for non-EU funds.
• Managing Key Information Document (KID) production.
• Handling MiFID Costs & Charges disclosures.
• Collecting and reviewing data from internal Fund Finance teams.
• Liaising with external outsources to resolve issues.
• Ensuring deadlines are met and tracking national regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining reporting logs and facilitating knowledge sharing within the compliance team.
• Supporting team members with reporting tasks.

Requirements:

• Solid academic background with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Around 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in Annex IV and NPPR reporting, KID production, or MiFID Costs & Charges disclosures (a plus).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
