Incode is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and success. The role involves managing customer relationships, understanding business objectives, and aligning Incode's solutions with customer needs. The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing all stages of customer relationships, from implementation to ongoing support.
- Building strong client relationships through exceptional service.
- Presenting data analysis and insights to clients and their executive teams.
- Continuously improving delivery methodology programs.
- Managing key issues and risks.
- Providing expert knowledge and support to clients.
- Collaborating with the Client Success team to provide support.
- Engaging Solution Engineers and Technical Business Analysts for solutions.
- Guiding customers through POCs, implementations, and production.
- Finding creative solutions to customer requests.
- Managing the delivery of SaaS solutions with client and internal stakeholders.
- Developing processes to scope Enterprise Customer requirements correctly.
- Building a methodology that delivers continuous results and measures success.
- Working cross-functionally to deliver success.
- Providing customer support and solving issues in integration and production.
Requirements include:
- At least four years of experience in leading customer projects.
- MBA or relevant Master’s degree preferred.
- Previous Customer Success experience in enterprise and/or SaaS environments is a plus.
- Strong project/program management skills.
- Technical acumen.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfort with large data sets and ability to extract business insights from analysis.
- Comfort with ambiguity.
- Solid stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in an organization that develops mobile apps and services for enterprise customers.
- Working knowledge of biometrics or identity software is ideal.
- Proven track record of resolving issues and risks.
- Confident and able to build relationships.
- Naturally curious and eager to learn.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
