Senior Product Manager

Job Description

Coconut Software is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Reporting to the VP of Product, the Senior Product Manager will focus on company-level growth and delivering value to large enterprise customers.

This role involves:

• Leading core product offerings for banks.
• Partnering with Engineering to empower internal and external customers.
• Developing strategies for AI and APIs.
• Managing product roadmaps and key milestones.
• Ensuring clear communication between Product and Development.
• Meeting with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback.
• Acting as a customer advocate.
• Working with Product Marketing to identify problems and develop product positioning.
• Assessing partnership opportunities.
• Supporting and mentoring other team members.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or banking.
• A technical background in APIs and integrations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A growth mindset.
• Knowledge of design principles for mobile and web.
• Project management skills.
• Strategic and tactical thinking abilities.
• A keen business sense.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
