Job Description
iCapital is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to join their Client Architecture Solutions team. This role focuses on understanding the US wealth management industry and scaling the distribution of alternative products through technology. The Product Manager will work directly with clients to solve complex industry problems across various alternative investment products.
Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs through client feedback analysis.
- Work directly with clients to deploy integrated technology solutions.
- Create data architecture designs for data integration.
- Develop a solid understanding of the Alts Industry to build scalable data workflows.
- Present and communicate with executive management, providing status updates.
- Develop a solid understanding of the US Wealth Management Industry and make prioritization recommendations.
- Drive platform usage and adoption by finding solutions that meet user needs.
- Work closely with internal teams to write user stories and requirements documentation.
- Manage technical considerations, working with the Engineering team.
- Operate within an agile development framework.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of professional work experience.
- Able to work with external and internal stakeholders directly.
- Previous experience in financial services and/or financial technology.
- Previous experience working with large data sets; SQL experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter and able to work autonomously as well as within a collaborative team.
- Able to build strong working relationships with various teams across the organization.
- Understanding of the different components of technology stack for a cloud-based application.
- Previous experience within the WealthTech domain.
- Proven ability to operate within the fast-paced nature of a growth company.
