Job Description

Tide is seeking an Alert Review Analyst to join their team in Hyderabad, India. The Analyst will be responsible for undertaking full profile reviews based on potentially suspicious triggers or periodic timeframes. They will own the analysis of risk data, identify trends and red flags, and develop an in-depth understanding of the risk profile of Tide's acquiring products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risks and relevant controls involved in B2B merchant onboarding, payments transaction monitoring, and ongoing in-life monitoring.

Role Involves:

  • Undertaking full profile reviews based on potentially suspicious triggers or periodic timeframes.
  • Analyzing risk data and identifying trends and red flags.
  • Monitoring compliance with the acquiring products’ risk appetite, acceptance, and risk performance.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance processes/procedures and adopt new tools/technologies.
  • Monitoring performance of fraud and risk models and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Managing your own case load to meet performance targets.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a Fraud, Financial crime and/or Credit Risk role.
  • Strong understanding of risks and relevant controls involved in B2B merchant onboarding, payments transaction monitoring.
  • Proficiency with analytical tools and visualisation software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Looker).
  • Strong analytical skills, data driven mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Strong understanding and experience of CDD and EDD processes.
