Too Good To Go is seeking a Senior People Systems Manager to lead the company's global management of People Systems. This role involves vendor search, implementation, and HRIS management, contributing to the mission of fighting food waste. The Senior People Systems Manager will report to the Director of Global People Operations.Responsibilities include:
- Managing ATS, LMS, HRIS, total rewards, and employee listening systems.
- Leading global HRIS vendor search and implementation across multiple geographies.
- Building and configuring the new HRIS.
- Integrating the HRIS with existing people systems
- Coordinating testing cycles, managing testing issues, and ensuring data integrity.
- Providing technical support to the HR team.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience leading HRIS and other people systems implementation.
- Experienced project management skills
- Proven track record of successfully testing technical changes within HRIS and other systems.
- Strong process improvement background.
- Good knowledge of Information & Data Security standards, including ISO27001, SOX and GDPR considerations
- Thrive working in a fast-paced, growing company
- Strong communication and presentation skills, and have significant experience managing internal and external senior stakeholders.
- Fluency in English to a working level
