The **XP Inc.** is seeking a **Gerente Business Partner** to lead the HRBPs team, supporting the company's commercial team across Brazil. This role involves managing a team of HRBPs and overseeing the commercial expansion team responsible for recruiting new advisors. - Partnering with business and executive leaders, providing technical and data-driven support.
- Consulting with executive leaders on talent management, performance, compensation, and career development.
- Contributing to business value drivers and resolving issues through HR processes.
- Leading organizational change processes and implementing new HR policies.
- Communicating business needs to product areas and driving HR initiatives.
- Recruiting new advisors nationwide while maintaining quality and speed.
**Requirements:**
- Experience as a HR Business Partner in large, geographically complex areas (ideally commercial).
- Experience with Org Design and work models.
- Knowledge of HR subsystems (Performance Management, Career Development, Compensation, and Recruitment).
- Recruitment experience, ideally in high volume.
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
- Residence in São Paulo with availability for onsite work at least three times a week.
