Platform Solutions - Assistant Vice President at iCapital

iCapital is seeking a talented Vice President - Platform Solutions to join the International Product and Platform Solutions team in Lisbon. This role will report to the Platform Solutions team lead, supporting the technical operational needs of all platform offerings and identifying custom feature development for new partners, including designing unique platform workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Develop an in-depth understanding of the platform.
• Coordinate technical implementation tasks for successful platform implementations.
• Coordinate ongoing technical implementation activities with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Support the launch of new clients.
• Manage internal and external client platform update requests.
• Lead technical operational configurations on the platform.
• Participate in application systems setup, maintenance, and support.
• Drive quality control through test case building and execution.

Requirements:

• B.Sc in computer or Engineering related fields.
• 5+ years of work experience in business integration, project technology implementation.
• Experience with technical platform integration in the Financial Services industry.
• Proven ability to manage fast-paced projects and different client stakeholders with attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and a high degree of accountability.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
