iCapital is seeking an Assistant Vice President - Platform Solutions to join its International Product and Platform Solutions team in Lisbon. The company is powering the world’s alternative investment marketplace, and the successful candidate will support its efforts to help iCapital clients globally access alternative investments.

The role reports to the Platform Solutions team lead and includes supporting the technical operational needs of platform offerings and identifying custom feature development for new partners. The ideal candidate will be passionate about knowledge and growth, embracing a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the platform and proactively identify issues and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate technical implementation tasks for timely and successful platform implementations.
  • Coordinate ongoing technical implementation activities with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Gather and coordinate technical requirements to establish a technical operating model.
  • Manage and coordinate the establishment of bespoke platform settings.
  • Manage, coordinate, and support complex implementation functionalities setup, including HTML configurations and customizations.
  • Co-create client workflows and use cases, managing the configuration and implementation of defined scenarios.
  • Coordinate test setups and configurations before releasing features to the client.
  • Define and manage the implementation project plan.
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external client platform update requests.
  • Lead technical operational configurations on the platform to achieve client's business outcomes.
  • Participate and/or manage application systems setup, maintenance, implementation, upgrade, testing, go-live, support, and resolution.
  • Coordinate and support the maintenance and support of the platform.
  • Drive quality control through the building and execution of test cases.
  • Work with senior management and clients to engage new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc in computer or Engineering related fields
  • 5+ years of work experience in business integration, project technology implementation
  • Experience with technical platform integration in the Financial Services industry
  • Ability to quickly learn new business operations, processes, and procedures
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
