iCapital is seeking a Product Manager to drive the strategic direction, development, and performance of its platform in the international market. This role is crucial for meeting market needs and driving business growth. The Product Manager will report to the Managing Director, head of department.Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the product strategy for the international platform.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Identify market trends and customer needs.
- Manage product roadmaps and resource allocation.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Present product updates to the executive team.
- Mentor product management talent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in fintech product management at a senior level.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Deep understanding of the fintech landscape.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in product management tools and software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Hybrid work environment (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
