iCapital is seeking a UX Designer to improve the features of their online FinTech product. The ideal candidate will utilize user experience, interaction, and visual design skills to create a simple, modern experience.Role involves:
  • Leading all phases of the UX & design process, including UX research, visual design, and prototyping.
  • Defining entire user experiences and interaction concepts.
  • Creating wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using iCapital’s Design System.
  • Helping migrate iCapital's flagship platform to the new design system.
  • Proactively suggesting improvements to the platform.
  • Providing clearly defined specs and interaction guidelines to the Development team.
  • Managing multiple concurrent requests and requirements.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Computer Interactions, Communication Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and visual skills in digital products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • History of teamwork and willingness to get the job done.
  • Proficiency in FIGMA is a must.
  • Knowledge in Maze, Dovetail, Mixpanel is a plus.
