Partnerships Manager (Carrier Ecosystem)

Job Description

Auctane is seeking a Carrier Ecosystem Manager to manage a portfolio of regional and international carriers. The ideal candidate will develop partnership strategies, drive negotiations, and establish long-term relationships to grow revenue and expand Auctane’s Ecosystem.

This position is hybrid (3 days per week in office) in Austin, Texas OR remote.

What this role involves:

• Developing and executing a strategy for regional and international carriers.
• Collaborating with internal teams across product, finance, marketing, and sales.
• Providing project management and leading projects to success.
• Identifying emerging trends and opportunities.
• Becoming an expert in the regional and local carrier ecosystem.
• Building relationships with existing and new carriers.
• Developing dashboards and KPIs to track the business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5 years of industry experience, 2 years of Partnerships or business development experience required.
• Experience negotiating complex agreements.
• Industry experience with carrier ecosystems in the shipping and eCommerce space.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
