Based in Barcelona, Spain, this role involves proposal and contract management, marketing operations, pricing strategies, deal desk support, reporting, and delivery operations. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven insights and strategies.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting proposal development and contract review
• Analyzing campaign performance and marketing automation
• Developing pricing models and deal desk support
• Tracking KPIs and creating reports
• Overseeing service and product delivery processes

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; master’s degree is a plus
• 3-5 years of experience in business operations or related field
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems
• Strong communication and project management skills
