Graphic Designer at Aetion

Aetion, a global leader in science-driven technology, is seeking a Graphic Designer in Barcelona to support its marketing and commercial teams. The Graphic Designer will create high-quality, brand-aligned visual assets, translating complex information into engaging visuals. They will collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to produce various design assets and maintain brand guidelines. The role requires a strong eye for design, excellent storytelling skills, and digital design experience is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams to produce design assets
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines
• Creating high-quality designs in collaboration with researchers and content specialists
• Utilizing storytelling techniques and championing creative vision
• Developing and designing sales and marketing materials
• Creating and editing graphics for websites, social media, and email
• Maintaining and organizing digital assets
• Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing creative ideas
• Maintaining brand consistency across all design materials

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, brand development, or multimedia production
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides)
• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to bring ideas to life visually
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Portfolio showcasing design work
