Senior Business Development Executive (APAC) at Nethermind

Nethermind is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive (APAC) to drive growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain enterprise clients, including financial institutions, hedge funds, asset management firms, and global enterprises. This role requires expertise in sales, relationship management, and a strong understanding of the blockchain and AI industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies.
• Identify and target potential enterprise clients.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise and institutional sales, preferably in blockchain or digital assets.
• Strong understanding of enterprise requirements and market dynamics.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and results-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology, digital assets, and cryptocurrencies.
• Ability to travel as needed.
