Inbank is seeking a Technical Lead to join the Credit Risk & Compliance Tribe. The role involves developing Inbank systems and integrating 3rd party services. The candidate will take part in building APIs for integrations and having a say in the overall architecture and system design.
The Technical Lead will champion best practices across the team and the tribe, building well-designed, testable, and efficient code, and participating in code reviews. The candidate will document what is built, ship it and own it.
Role involves:

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Senior Software Engineer
- Leading a team of product engineers
- Experience with Java, AWS, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL
- Building sustainable software architecture
- Ability to ensure high code quality
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
