Inbank is seeking a Technical Lead to join their Credit Risk & Compliance Tribe in Gdańsk, Poland. The Technical Lead will be responsible for the development of a crucial part of Inbank's credit risk area. This role involves developing Inbank systems, integrating third-party services, and building APIs for integrations. The Technical Lead will also contribute to the overall architecture and system design. They will champion best practices within their team and the broader tribe, ensuring the creation of well-designed, testable, and efficient code, and participating in code reviews and documentation.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer and in leading a team of product engineers
- Previous experience with Java, AWS, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL
- Proven track record of building sustainable software architecture
- Ability to ensure high code quality through good development practices and design patterns
- Proficiency in team development and technical roadmap planning
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
- Experience in the financial sector is a bonus
