Job Description

Passes is seeking a Head of Legal to lead the company's legal strategy, advise on corporate governance, and manage compliance. The Head of Legal will protect and advance Passes’ business interests. The role is based in Los Angeles.

Role Involves:
• Advising executive leadership on corporate governance and compliance.
• Overseeing contract drafting and negotiations.
• Protecting intellectual property and managing brand protection.
• Advising on employment law and HR support.
• Managing legal risks and litigation.

Requirements:
• JD from an accredited law school and membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Experience as a senior legal executive, preferably within a technology or digital media company.
• Expertise in corporate governance, contract law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for the creator economy.
