Job Description
Dialpad is seeking a Billing Support Representative to manage daily customer inquiries and resolve time-sensitive requests. The role involves collaborating with customers and internal teams to provide world-class customer support related to billing, fraud, and accounts receivable. This position reports to the Billing Support Manager and is based in Pasig City, Metro Manila.

Responsibilities:
  • Own customer interactions across all channels (phone, chat, and emails).
  • Make intuitive decisions to de-escalate situations when necessary.
  • Analyze requests, problems, or issues to build solutions.
  • Navigate and utilize internal and external resources to provide solutions.
  • Work with the Support Development team to learn our product and internal processes.
  • Contribute to the Billing Team by participating in meetings, focused training, and improvements of our product.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of customer support & billing/accounting-related experience.
  • Experience in debits/credits, accounting, and financial processes.
  • Experience in collection inquiries.
  • Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
