Yext, recently merged with Hearsay Systems, is seeking a Proposal Administrator to support the Proposal Operations Team. This role involves streamlining time-sensitive processes to ensure the delivery of vendor forms, proposals, and client information requests. The Proposal Administrator will work closely with the Proposal Operations Manager and key stakeholders across various departments. The role is part of the Hearsay team, now integrated with Yext.

What this role involves:

  • Completing vendor forms for legal, financial, and business inquiries.
  • Verifying client NDA statuses and coordinating response execution.
  • Managing the response content library and project folders.
  • Scheduling key meetings such as kickoffs and check-ins.
  • Conducting interdepartmental coordination.
  • Other supportive tasks as necessary.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or project support role.
  • Experience working with RFx processes or related operations is a plus.
  • Organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional interdepartmental communication skills.
  • Strong time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with collaboration tools such as Google Drive.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
