Chatham Financial is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Valuation Advisor to manage the delivery of solutions for institutional real estate clients. The advisor will provide expert solutions in valuation, debt management, and consulting services, enabling clients to assess risk, manage investments, and report financials. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their investment strategies and market trends.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of solutions for institutional real estate clients.
- Review and interpret information from real estate source documents.

Requirements:

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
