Product Lead, Execution & Analysis

Job Description

Chatham Financial is seeking a Product Lead, Execution & Analysis, to drive the product suite supporting post-trade activities. This role reports to the Head of Product, with a dotted line to the General Manager. The Product Lead will drive cross-functional collaboration and manage high-performing teams, ensuring successful execution of the product strategy. They will set the vision, mission, and execution strategies for the product team, enhancing employee and client experience, increasing revenue, and reducing inefficiencies.

• Demonstrate strategic product leadership of business platform
• Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to launch
• Develop and execute product strategy
• Provide strategic direction to product teams
• Craft innovative client-centric solutions
• Ensure products meet market demands
• Use data-driven insights for product choices
• Identify opportunities for consolidation
• Partner in business cases for new opportunities
• Own continuous product discovery

To be considered for the role, applicants must meet the below requirements:

• 15+ years of product management experience
• 5+ years in a leadership role
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with product management best practices
• Knowledge of risk management, trade execution, and financial services
• Knowledge of current market trends
• Ability to influence without direct authority
