Product Lead, Execution & Analysis

Job Description

Chatham Financial is seeking a Product Lead to spearhead the Execution & Analysis platform, which provides software and advisory services to clients in Global Real Estate, Private Equity, Multinational Corporates and Infrastructure. This role involves strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and team management to drive product strategy and enhance user experience.She/He will report to the Head of Product, the Product Lead will set the vision, mission, and execution strategies for the product team, ensuring alignment and improving client and employee experience. The individual will play a crucial role in driving revenue and reducing inefficiencies through innovative client-centric solutions.Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates strategic product leadership of the business platform.
• Is accountable for the complex and matrixed Execution Analysis product suite.
• Oversees entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Develops and executes a comprehensive product strategy.
• Provides strategic direction and support to product teams.
• Crafts and delivers innovative client-centric solutions.
• Ensures products meet market demands and enhances user experience.
• Uses data to inform product choices and measure success.
• Fosters cross-functional collaboration.
• Invests in the product team by leading, mentoring, and developing product managers.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing managers.
• Strong understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Comprehensive knowledge of risk management, trade execution, and the financial services industry.
