Job Description
Altium is seeking a .NET Team Leader to enhance its product offerings. The successful candidate will lead and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring technical feasibility and supervising the design of developed features. This role involves writing and reviewing code, providing constructive feedback to team members, and requires a strong foundation in C# and software engineering principles.Role responsibilities include:

The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Minimum 3 years of team and project leadership experience.
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience.

  • Practical experience in multithreading and asynchronous operations.
  • Excellent knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
  • Experience with GitHub.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
