Job Description

Altium is seeking a .NET Team Leader to enhance its Altium products. The role involves leadership, design supervision, coding, and code review. The candidate will lead and mentor cross-functional teams, ensure technical feasibility, and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams.
  • Supervise the design of developed features.
  • Write and review code (60% of the time).
  • Provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

  • Min. 3 years of team and project leadership experience.
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Senior level C# (.NET Framework, .NET Core) knowledge.
  • Practical experience in multithreading and asynchronous operations.
  • Excellent knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
  • Experience with GitHub.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CAD tools (highly regarded).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
