Job Description
Altium is seeking a Software Engineer - Backend to join their A365 Software Engineering team. Altium is transforming the way electronics are designed and built, and this role offers the opportunity to contribute to a cloud platform that is revolutionizing electronics design. The engineer will work on building new cloud-native applications, utilizing AI and ML, and handling large-scale data processing.

The role involves product development for complex cloud applications within the Altium 365 R&D team.

Responsibilities:
  • Building new cloud-native applications and scalable infrastructure
  • Utilizing AI and ML to power advanced search capabilities
  • Large-scale data processing; data modeling; holistic, intent-based API design
  • Stateful and stateless servers, relational databases, ORM frameworks
  • Product development for complex cloud applications

Requirements:
  • .NET Core, .NET Framework
  • Microservices
  • CI, CD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes
  • MySQL (FireBird, Oracle as a plus)
