Software Engineer - Frontend (VueJS, TS, JS) at Altium

Altium is seeking a skilled Frontend Software Engineer to join their Altium 365 R&D team. The successful candidate will be involved in product development for complex cloud applications, facing technical challenges related to engineering software, microelectronics, and cloud services. What this role involves:

• Developing applications and modules with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js and TS
• Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Building reusable code and libraries for future use
• Adding to the team’s expertise through collaboration and sharing knowledge
• Demonstrating enthusiasm for transformation and innovative thinking

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience as a front end developer
• A proactive, self-motivated learner
• A clear communicator who can think big and solve problems
• Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS (SCSS), Vue.js (Vuex, Vue Router)
• Knowledge of BEM or another CSS methodology
• Experience with SPA modules
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility
• Git and / or SVN
