.NET Staff Engineer at Altium

Altium is seeking a .NET Staff Engineer to contribute to the Altium 365 cloud platform. The engineer will lead projects, mentor teammates, and collaborate with product teams to build requirements. They will ensure technical feasibility, supervise the design of developed features, and write and review code, providing constructive feedback. The engineer will also identify technical obstacles and advocate for solutions, fostering an ownership culture and promoting knowledge-sharing.

Role Involves:

• Development of Cloud product (60-70% coding)
• Leading projects
• Mentoring teammates
• Collaborating with Product teams on building requirements
• Ensuring technical feasibility and supervise the design of developed features
• Writing and reviewing code
• Identifying technical obstacles and advocate for solutions
• Foster ownership culture and promote knowledge-sharing

Requirements:

• 3+ years of project leadership
• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience working in international teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Senior-level knowledge of .NET platform and C# language
• Experience with building and maintaining cloud platforms
• Experience resolving production issues
• Practical experience in multithreading and asynchronous operations
• AWS, multi-tenant architecture hands-on experience (beneficial)
• Microelectronics domain knowledge (beneficial)
