Team Leader, A365 Engineering Team

Altium is seeking a Team Leader for its A365 Engineering Team in Lisbon, Portugal. Altium is transforming the way electronics are designed and built, offering digital platforms that empower PCB designers, supply chains, and manufacturing. The Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of developers working on projects from the Altium 365 product suite and improving cloud platform capabilities.

The role involves:

• Leading and mentoring a cross-functional team.
• Collaborating with Product teams on building requirements.
• Ensuring technical feasibility and supervising the design of developed features.
• Writing and reviewing code, providing constructive feedback to team members.
• Identifying technical and organizational obstacles and advocating for solutions.
• Fostering ownership culture and promoting knowledge-sharing.

Altium is looking for someone who has:

• 4+ years of team and project leadership experience.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience working in international teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Senior-level knowledge of .NET platform and C# language.
• Experience with building and maintaining cloud platforms.
• Practical experience in multithreading and asynchronous operations.
• AWS, multi-tenant architecture hands-on experience would be beneficial.
• Microelectronics domain knowledge would be beneficial.
