Altium is seeking a Team Leader for its Enterprise Engineering Team in Wrocław, Poland. This role involves leading a team of developers focused on enterprise backlog projects and resolving production issues for Altium 365 enterprise customers. The Team Leader will collaborate with Altium's and customers' engineering teams, investigate performance issues, and write/review code, dedicating approximately 50% of their time to coding tasks.
  • Leading and managing an engineering team and projects
  • Collaboration with both Altium's and customers' engineering teams
  • Investigating and resolving performance issues and specific cases
  • Writing and reviewing code
  • Overseeing daily team operations
  • Contribution to the full software development lifecycle
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
  • 3+ years of experience within team and project leadership
  • 10+ years of software engineering experience
  • Experience working in reputable companies with international teams
  • Senior-level knowledge of .NET platform and C# language
  • Experience resolving production issues
  • Practical experience in multithreading and asynchronous operations
