Senior ELM Product Manager

Job Description

Altium is seeking a Senior ELM Product Manager to steer product strategy for its hardware development and production platform. This role involves identifying problems and determining solutions that benefit Altium's customer base and strategic goals.

The Senior Product Manager will work with influential hardware companies, contributing ideas to support cutting-edge product development. Altium's ELM product family helps companies coordinate and connect people, processes, and data related to hardware design and development, bringing ideas to market more efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Generate ideas by bringing customer views into EDA product development.
• Work with R&D software engineers on cloud-based data management solutions.
• Create and build the product vision and roadmap.
• Collaborate across units to ensure understanding of the product and strategy.
• Develop a get-to-market strategy for successful product launches.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Senior-level experience with independent work and idea generation.
• Ability to drive projects and collaborate with partners.
• Experience working with customers, from decision-makers to end-users.
• Software development background, preferably in cloud software and SaaS.
• Experience with PLM or process orchestration systems is a plus.
• Ability to meet adoption goals through customer engagement and market analytics.
