The Analyst will join the Staff Expenses Control area, responsible for monitoring expenses and aiding leaders in decision-making to meet budget requirements.

The role involves:

  • Monitoring staff expenses by expense line and HR area.
  • Creating monthly forecasts and analyzing variances.
  • Participating in the staff expenses budgeting process.
  • Developing projection exercises and making managerial adjustments.
  • Creating reports for tracking job openings.
  • Providing internal customer support and budget feasibility studies.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Staff Expenses Control.
  • Knowledge of HR expense lines.
  • Experience in project expense control.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
