Mentimeter is seeking a Growth Sales Manager - Strategic Accounts to drive success within the growth team, focusing on the company's largest and most strategic clients in EMEA. This role involves supporting the maximization of account potential and working with a team to achieve meaningful results. The Growth Sales Manager will enable collaboration with the retention team, contributing to client success and Mentimeter’s overall growth.

Role Involves:
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and coaching new Sales Development Representatives (SDR) and/or Growth (Account) Executives (GE).
  • Creating and aligning team targets, goals, and strategies in collaboration with Retention Sales Managers and the Director of Strategic Accounts.
  • Developing and mentoring team members to help them reach their full potential and drive high performance.
  • Leading operational work of the SDR and GE Team.
  • Participating in and leading customer meetings and negotiations as appropriate.
  • Acting as a bridge between the RM and CSM roles and other parts of the business.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in selling towards the Enterprise.
  • 3+ years of experience in strategic account management and leadership roles within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven success in driving growth across enterprise-level accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of Value-based selling and frameworks like MEDDPICC etc
  • Strong background in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English.
